This release introduces several improvements to the Group Chart, including support for displaying local company names, a configurable fallback colour for external companies, and control over decimal precision for shareholding figures.
The Parent Company Guarantees (PCG) Module receives a focused set of enhancements covering record identification, document comments, and column visibility.
The Custom Reporting Module gains additional data points and field updates to improve alignment with the data available in Klea, and last but not least, document upload notifications are extended with bulk follow and unfollow capabilities.
The sections below outline these updates in more detail.
Group Chart
Local Name Display
The Group Chart now supports displaying local company names directly on company nodes. Previously, only the primary company name was visible within the chart; users who needed to see a company's local name had to navigate away from the chart to find it.
Using the updated Group Chart, users can:
View local names directly on company nodes — local names are displayed as additional detail beneath the company name within the chart, without requiring any navigation away from the group structure view
This update is particularly useful for organisations operating across multiple jurisdictions where companies are known by different names in their local language.
Colour Configuration
Super Admin users can now configure a custom fallback colour for companies displayed in the Group Chart that do not have a value assigned by which you can filter, e.g., Region, Division, Country, Company Type. Previously, companies were always shown in grey by default, with no option to change this. The new setting is available on the Group Chart settings page under module configuration.
This update allows organisations to align the visual presentation of entities in the group structure with their own naming and colour conventions — for example, to distinguish external companies from those filtered by region or division.
Decimal-Point Configuration for Shareholding Percentages
A new decimal-point configuration setting has been added to the Group Chart module, giving admins direct control over how many decimal places are displayed for shareholding percentages and voting figures. Previously, the number of decimal places shown was fixed and could not be adjusted.
This is a display-only change. Exported data retains full precision regardless of the display setting applied. The update improves readability of the Group Chart for organisations with complex share structures where displayed precision matters for clarity.

Parent Company Guarantees (PCG) Module
Targeted Enhancements
The Parent Company Guarantees (PCG) Module has been updated with a set of targeted improvements addressing record identification, document usability, geographic coverage, data formatting, and column configuration.
Using the updated PCG Module, users can:
Define a custom unique identifier for PCG records — a new field allows users to set their own reference identifier for each PCG record, replacing the previous auto-number system and giving users control over how records are identified and referenced
Record State or Province for US and Canadian PCG entries — the address fields for PCG records now include State/Province for the United States and Canada, where previously only the country could be selected
View correctly formatted amounts in the PCG amount field — amounts are now displayed with comma formatting, correcting the previous behavior where the field displayed unformatted numbers
Add comments to date fields — a comment field is now available alongside date fields in PCG records, allowing users to add context or notes relating to specific dates
Add comments to documents within PCG records — a comment function is now available for documents attached to PCG records, where no such option previously existed
Retain column visibility settings between sessions — column visibility selections within the PCG module are now stored and persist across login and logout, eliminating the previous behavior where column preferences reset on each new session
Together, these updates make the PCG Module more consistent with the broader functionality available across Klea and reduce repetitive configuration steps for users working with PCG records regularly.

Custom Reporting Module — Additional Data Points and Field Updates
The Custom Reporting Module has been extended with additional data points and updated to better reflect how fields are labelled within the platform. Previously, certain data available in Klea was not accessible within the report builder, and some field names in reports did not match the labels users see in the product.
Using the updated Custom Reporting Module, users can:
Access additional data points in the report builder — a wider range of data available in Klea can now be selected and exported, reducing the need to supplement reports with data sourced manually from the platform
Use the Internal ID field under Directors — Internal ID has been added as a selectable field within the Directors section of the custom report builder
Use the Request Type field under Critical Dates — Request Type has been added as a selectable field within the Critical Dates section of the custom report builder
Alongside these additions, the field previously labelled Title in the Person Page and Director section has been renamed to Officer Type, aligning the report builder label with the terminology used elsewhere in Klea.
These updates ensure that users building custom reports have access to the full breadth of data held in Klea, and that report field names consistently reflect what users see in the platform.

Document Upload Notifications — Bulk Follow and Unfollow
Document upload notifications allow Super Admin users to receive alerts when a new document is uploaded for a company they are following. This release extends that capability with bulk follow and unfollow, addressing the previous limitation of having to follow or unfollow companies individually.
Using the updated document upload notification settings, Super Admin users can:
Follow or unfollow multiple companies at once — apply follow or unfollow actions across a selection of companies in a single step, rather than repeating the action for each company individually.
Receive notifications when a new document is uploaded — alerts are triggered for any company the Super Admin user is following, supporting auditability and visibility across the portfolio.
This update makes it practical for Super Admin users managing large portfolios to maintain document visibility across multiple companies without manual repetition.
For a full overview of notification settings, please see the article, Notifications settings and Pin and follow companies.
Documents for Auditors — Company Factsheet
The Auditors section of the Company Factsheet now supports document attachments. Previously, documents could not be added directly within the Auditors section, creating an inconsistency with other sections of the factsheet where document attachment is available as standard.
This update brings the Auditors section into line with the broader document functionality available across Klea, allowing users to store relevant documents — such as engagement letters or audit reports — directly against the auditor record within the factsheet.
For a full overview of the Company Factsheet, please see the article, Company factsheet: navigation and overview.
These updates extend Klea's notification capabilities, Group Chart configuration, and custom reporting coverage, while delivering targeted improvements to the PCG Module. Together, they reduce manual effort across core workflows and give users greater visibility and consistency across the data they manage within the platform.
